My healthy boy!

Murphy had an excellent check up at the “V-E-T yesterday”. He lost a half of a pound (on purpose, he’s on light food) and Dr. Hexter said everything else looked great. He hasn’t has a seizure since Apirl.  Murphy’s been itching a little but the vet thinks it’s his harness. He said his skin looks really good and his fur is nice. I told him I give him a caplet of flaxseed oil every day.

Murphy was wearing his University of Georgia (go bulldogs!) harness. Dr. Hexter, who went to Ohio State, gave us a hard time. He bent down to Murphy and said, “What was that? I know, you hate this harness!” Wise guy! He said if Murphy is still itching to give him a call. “We may have to decontaminate him!” Hmph! LOL

He was so pleased with my boy, he gave me a hug at the end of the visit. I love Dr. Hexter. I get to see him again tomorrow morning when I bring the kitties for their annual check up. They are NOT going to be happy!

He said there was a pug in the back that was really sick. She may have cancer. Dr. Hexter looked so worried about her. Murphy and I are going to send good puggie vibes for this poor little girl.
